About Me

I’m a therapist, supervisor, and educator who is deeply passionate about training the next generation of clinicians. My specialty lies in treating adult populations with varying layers of complex trauma. My IFS practice is informed by somatic, polyvagal, and attachment models of intervention.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Boston College and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah. I am also a Level 3 Certified IFS Clinical Consultant and frequent Program Assistant in IFS Institute trainings. Teaching and mentorship have always been central to my work. I love helping clinicians deepen their clinical thinking, develop confidence in their therapeutic voice, and grow into thoughtful, ethical practitioners using the IFS model.

I approach therapy and consultation as a unique opportunity to serve others and help them grow into their vision for themselves. I believe people grow best in environments where they feel safe to be curious, make mistakes, and explore their clinical intuition.

My work is also guided by the DEIPAR framework—Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Intersectionality, Power, and Anti-Racism—which shapes how I think about systems, relationships, and the responsibility I carry as a therapist and mentor. I aim to create spaces where clinicians feel supported while also being invited into deeper reflection about power, culture, and the impact of our work in our communities.
